Re' call from Dish

Got a call from Dish tech support today. Said they noticed my signal was weak on my HD channels and offered to send a tech out to re-point my dish and tune up my system at no charge. Has anybody ever rec'd a call like this?

Yes. It's true they will do that.

If your receiver is connected to a phone or internet connected device it has most likely reported that your signals are low. Yes it has been known for dish to contact the customer for this service call.

Remember seeing this posted awhile back, seems to be real. You could check your signals and confirm they are low....
