Recall Button won't stay Saved

All,

Since I got Hopper Plus installed about a month ago, my Recall button won't stay saved in the "Show Last 6 Channels" mode.

I can save it and it works as expected for that active session, but by the next day it is back to "Tunes to Last Channel".

Any ideas on what I can do to keep the settings saved?

Welcome. And I'm sorry you got stuck with a Hopper Plus. I'm surprised they still distribute them- I thought they'd all but abandoned it.

Rather than mess with it, I suggest buying something like a Roku Ultra. If you don't have, and don't plan to have, a "4K" UHD TV, you might do well with an older Roku or FireTV device.

I can't help you with your concern, as I dodged that bullet. But I'm sure someone else will come along to help you.

Why would they abandon them?? The early release issues are gone. They work well now
