Receiver Question

My Direct TV receiver is the standard basic receiver, the cheapest one.

Currently, the receiver is connected to tv channel 3 and I am getting a lot of fizzy motions on the picture.

Is there a way on the remote or receiver where I can change the receiver onto tv channel 4?

There should be a slide switch on the back of the receiver near the coax out connections that allow you to change it from channel 3 to channel 4.

If the TV has composite or s-video inputs, use them instead for a better picture.

Try reading the instruction manual that came with it seeing you can't read the model number.
