Reco on SD receiver?

Hi - just started subscribing to comcast for just standard def and the motorola box they brought seems awful. It takes so long to scroll through on-demand menus and flickers as I change channels.

Anyone know if there's a better box available from them or is this the best it gets?

It depends where you live?

But in the past I have brought the box back to the local Comcast office and asked for a new one stating that there was a problem with the current one. They usually have the lastest models on had which the installer may not.
