remote for 301/311 receiver?

Hey guys. is there a way to access the menu without a remote?

Power on/off and channel up/down I believe are the limits with out a remote control. I believe on the 301 pulling the card will get you to sys. info.

Also to get to sys info power off and hit either the up or down button and it will take you there.
