Remote Help

I have the new mpeg 4 receiver and because i have the receiver behind the TV i have it set on rf but my tv only works on the ir remote frequency
I was wondering if there is anyway to get the remote to control to work on the ir for the tv and i the same time control the receiver on the rf

If the remote is set to rf it should only be set for that on the receiver end not the tv side. If you are haveing problems controlling the tv then you may need to check the remotes tv's programming codes and see it the remote is programed to the tv.
