remote pansat 2700A

quick one:

Can't find my pansat 2700A manual and my remote is acting up. I can't control the receiver with the remote. batteries are good, not sure whether the remote is messed up or the wrong buttons were pressed by the kids to let it control anything but the receiver.

Any suggestions?

Maybe it's not the remote. Have you tried to reboot the Pansat. Never know, it might help. Just a thought.

Did you try the obvious?

Press the STB button, then try to operate the Pansat.

I fell for that one once Spent 2 hours trying to figure out what was wrong with my remote before I realized it
