Renewing Pub membership error?

I went under the Pub Membership section of my account and saw my membership expires 1/30/26. So I clicked "Extend," logged into Paypal, and extended it. The $21.99 is pending on my debit card, but there's no record of the transaction in Paypal, I didn't get the usual Paypal email receipt, and my membership still says it expires on 1/30/26. Did I do something wrong??

Looks like an issue on PayPals side, I dont even see nothing trying to hit the server. PM me if. you dont get this figured out with PayPal and I will extend your Pub Membership so that they can fix whatever the issue is.

Is there a charge pending on your debit card? Mine fell off after a few hours. Then I tried again to purchase the membership and Paypal pushed the order through.

I tried extending when I saw this post, seemed to work but I didn't get a confirmation. Tried agin later and it went through immediately.

No pending charges that I can see anywhere. I'll give it another go since it worked for a few people.
