Rescheduled Install

I was scheduled to have my 722 installed today but they called late last night and said to call for a reschedule. When I called they said the earliest would be a week from tomorrow. If they are 8 days behind schedule why couldn't they call me 7 days ago instead of the night before. I had words with the CSR but she wouldn't let me talk with her supervisor. She said her supervisor said she would log it as a complaint. I wouldn't be suprised if she convieniently forgot to schedule me again. It was Blue Sky out of Lawrence Kansas. "John"
 
I wish you the best of luck. When I did my upgrade in August I had them show up in the evening for a morning appointment, a bad install that left me without service for 5 days, and two "no shows" without even a phone call. After hours of maddening phone time everything eventually was taken care of but I would never go through that again. Now its 3 months later and I've yet to see any rebate. I'll probably have to go through hell to ever get one.:mad:
