Review ECODA 2x1 22KHz tone switch

This is my first review of a product on satelliteguys never done this before so please bare with me. Last year I won 10 ECODA 2x1 22KHz tone switches from Satellite AV Sales. My FTA setup is 2 reused Directv slimlines with modded DN superdish LNB also with sonicview receivers 1000 and 360 premier. I tested these switches out on my sonicveiw 1000 receiver. These switches work great I went through my favorites list on my sonicview 1000 receiver and had no trouble switching between my 2 dishes. I had one dish setup on the back porch for 30w and my other dish setup for Galaxy 19 at 97w. I recommend buying these switches from Satellite Av this a good product and well worth the money.

Post #2 of the Switches Simplified FAQ discusses how the Ecoda 22khz switch is different (and superior) to the standard 22khz switch.

For more sophisticated applications, they're not interchangeable with regular 22khz switches.
(you could cascade diseqc switches after 'em, and Universal LNBFs would respond differently)
