RTV and Tuff TV On 83 AMC 9 Ku?

Had some strong winds the other day here in Texas that must have moved my motorized dish a little. Could see nothing until I adjusted the azimuth a bit this morning. My true south is 97 Galaxay 19. I can see all channels on G19, but on 83 AMC 9KU I can only see NBC color Bars, Data Transponders and PBJE. I cannot see RTV or Tuff TV. Are RTV and Tuff still on this satellite?

Yeah and coming in strong here. The PIDs got changed the other day do a rescan.
