More like an iPad. It should have wifi, and may or may not have 4GLte. It will run a version of Android. We have an att version of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2.

i know the 3 isn't the newest tech, i was supposed to get it back in April but my mom got sick, so i just got it last night, so, i just figure i world asked, im more Ipad guy.

It's an Android tablet, most likely running Android Kitkat [or Lollipop, if you're lucky with software updates from Samsung]. It should work in the same way most Android devices do, so if you have any experience playing with an Android device beforehand, then you'd settle right in. Unlike an iPad though, that tablet should have an option for memory expansion via a memory card [if I recall correctly].
