I use to have a meter ....
Now I just use the recvr meter in the D* equipment.

Picked up an AIM meter for $200 on eBay a few weeks ago

Look for a used AI TurboS2 meter. Very configurable all-around meter. They were $800 new years ago but have been available used for cheap recently. They can supply the higher voltages for DTV.
