Satmex 6 on 113W - Ku

I have a 36" motorized dish and I can get transponder 12080 H 25635 with strong signals. Spent a lot of time but failed to get 12084V3336 and 12090V3336. They are on Lyngsat. Has anyone got these 2 TPs?

That's where BLSA ( spectrum analyzer) could come to rescue , umm open eyes research for frequencies like that.

I just use a meter dish and I got tp 12080 with Q95, 12110 with Q30, however nothing on 12084 and 12090.

They're based in Europe so they can't update the transponders unless folks let them know

same here....sounds like the transponder is gone

looks like a couple weeks ago 12084 was active

I just scanned that area (12060-12100) on a couple receivers to see if there is a sniff of a signal and other than 12089 I dont see anything.

but I know that 12084 comes and goes all the time. One time its there and then its off.

Almost sounds like they get past due on bills, gets shut off, pay the bill then they back

I'm using a BSC621-2 on a 10ft dish I can hit 32 transponders on Sat Mex 6 Ku, whenever I scan. However, I can not get any channels.
I see on lyngsat it shows satmex Ku as Ku2. I wonder if that is different Ku from my set up?

KU2 means the satellite beam. There is only a couple transponders that are aimed at the US

Say.. How about checking out TrackSat.com - Satellite Directional Charts instead.. they seem more updated than Lyngsat..
