SD and sat 123 - Coolsat w/no signal

( Please know that I am posting here becuase, for whatever reason, I am not allowed to post in proper forums. Got an e-mail out to the Mods for feedback though.)

Set up my Superdish and pointed it to sat 123 using FSS lnb. No signal though, I get red bars, I think my issue is with the set up in my Coolsat IRD.

LNB type = Universal/ single / OCS DP ( neither makes any difference )
LNB Freq = I read in the threads that it should be set to 13.850 / 00.000
22 KHz = auto
Switch = off ( not using a switch )
Legacy SW = off

Any suggestions are most welcomed. Thanks.

22KHZ-OFF
rest set to off

On a bandstacked LNB, the verticals are fine. Since most of the stuff on G18 is Vertical, set it to 10750 LNB LO and aim

Thanks Iceberg, how do I set the 22KHZ to 'off'? When I scroll down the system skips it or it is greyed out. Thanks.

when you change the 1st thing to "SINGLE" it shouldn't grey out the 22k side
