Second Dish to get 129 better

I have a vip 722 and a dish 1000.2. I live in the pacific NW. Now that it is raining, I get all the hd channels but a lot of my recordings get fade outs. I get a sat strength on the 129 of only 24. I get 75 and 70 on 110 and 119. I called dish and they want to charge me for a service call.
I have an old dish 500 and a Dishpro lnb. I think they call it a quad. It has 2 lnb's one for 110 and one for 119. Can I put up the old dish 500 then run a cable out of one of the dishpro lnb's into the input wire on the dish 1000.2 lnb. Then align the second dish for the highest number on 129? or do I have to buy a single dishpro lnb then feed that to the dish 1000.2 lnb?
That dish 1000.2 also has 3 lnb's you can't separate. If I feed in another feed for 129 will it interfere with the 1000.2 lnb for 129?
I also looked at dish 1000 settings and he has the skew at 87 and the elevation of 38. The manual says the skew is right but elevation is 36. My zip is 986xx. Is maybe the dish 1000 set wrong.
Would appreciate any ideas.

If you have a shot at 61.5, go for 61.5 but if you must have 129. Cover the 129 eye with aluminun foil and setup the second dish. Run a cable from the second dish to the SAT IN input in the 1000.2, then run check switch.
