So what kind of sighnal are you pulling on some of those transponders?
If its low, you might have to nudge the dish a little bit. lean into the dish a little bit and see if the signal moves up

I'm getting about 85% in signal strength and between 70-80% in signal quality. Is that good?

DAMN Thats good (the quality is what you need to look at)

Is that on 12152 or 12117 (or another one)?

I would scroll through the transponders and make sure they all register pretty good (they should since you got 80 quality) and then do a blind scan and scan in the channels

That was on 12152.

I did a blind scan after I got the signal working and I think I'm getting all of the channels. There's a few scrambled channels which are labled "nagravision" "viacess" and "irdeto." I'm guessing this is normal?

yes those are scrambled.

WHen you set the blind scan you can set it to "FTA only"
