Secondary Transmitter KEMO 50 SF

KEMO 50 (RF 32) Santa Rosa/San Francisco has put a Secondary Distribution Transmitter on the air. Their main transmitter is on Mt. St. Helena at the north end of the Napa Valley, 65 miles from San Francisco. They have now added a 200 kW second transmitter on Sutro Tower in San Francisco to fill in dead areas in San Francisco, Oakland and the surrounding area.

Bay Area residents who haven't been able to receive KEMO in the past should re-scan to see if you get it now.

I wonder if more stations will start doing this. I know that at one point ION wanted to do it.
