Are there plenty of these still around? I wonder if I should buy a few. I don't like what I've been reading about the new, 2-button version...
 
A few years back, the SG-2100's weakness was the supplied square U-bolts to attach the motor bracket to the pole. Back then, the U-bolts were made of porous metal, which stripped VERY easily when the bolts were tightened beyond hand-tight. They have since replaced the porous metal bolts with ones made with a better quality metal.
 
When they designed the SG 6000 they copied the Stab H H bracket and clamp design. That design works very well and does not distort the bracket.
