how do I find the Installation Settings on my HDDSR 600 rec..so I can fine tune my signal

Very easy, press options, then the LEFT Arrow button, then press ENTER Button Twice and you should be in the system status.
From this screen then Press the tiny RED Button on your remote.. That's it

Hi, i have one question for that too...i have Brand new HDDSR 600, never been activated before, when i started to find the satellite signal, i got yellow bar signal instead of get a Green bar on screen, is that normal when the receiver is new? do i need to do something to change the bar color? i tuned to ch 252 to do the procedure by the way. Is there a kind of installation guide or something? I appreciate any technical help.

No not normal, you need to fine tune the dish to get a stronger signal. What size dish are you using and what city are you in?
