Nope, It may not be "UP" yet Chuck was mentioning it today, with more info to come sounds very interesting, another good show with some UFO expert as the guest.

I know on Peoples Network there are 4 different audios and each one has 2 tracks (l and r are different)

I wonder if its just that?

Hard (no pun intended) to think they will put all these radio channels on the 4 audio carriers!

On my 1500, when I hit "audio", it pops up "Language 1, Language 2, Language 3, Language 4" and when I select one, I get different audio

Chuck is on 1R..some music is on 3R..so maybe it is there.
