on Transponders 4,12,20,28 & 18,26 on Source 101 I get 0

On the others tansponder I range from 48 - 79


I am using a standard 18 inch dish & dual lnb

Those are all spot beam transponders and you may not have any signal on some of them. I don't have any signal either on three of them.
But, depending on where you're located, I'm surprised you don't have some sort of signal on some of them.
The signals on your other transponders are low. It looks like your dish needs to be realigned or you may have something (trees) blocking the signal.

But yeah -- ideally regular signal strength should be 85+ to be watchable and stay on during inclement weather.
