I have directv hd and notice that espn and a few other channels seem to break up sometimes even in clear weather. The dish seems to be aligned right so I checked the signal strengths with the following results: 101...93%, 110...95%, 119....73%, 99a....26%, 99b...0%, 103a....0%, and 103b...73%. Are these O.K. or do I need to adjust the dish and if so to what settings. Also, are there 7 satellites up there or 5?

It actually helps more if you post the signal strengths from each sat and transponder rather than one number from each sat.
