How come all of a sudden I'm getting doubles recorded of series that do an eastern and pacific run on the same channel? And it's not just one series either. For example, Southland, Family Guy, and Mythbusters have been recording the same episode twice every time. I do keep it set to All, but it always ignored duplicate episodes (I assume this is how it's supposed to work - I can't imagine ALL intentionally recording duplicate titles because that would just be stupid - why would you want more than one copy taking up space?). I haven't changed anything, so why all of a sudden is this happening? I have two HR24-700's - it happens on both, but not every series does it. I just started noticing it over the past couple weeks.

It's a glitch that is known, but nothing is being done about it. A work around is to manually record them.
Yep, that seems to happen more on my SD DVR's but it still does it on the HD DVR too.
I wish there was a fix.
As Chip said , A manual record works good.
Then it will only record the one time, and you can set it for what ever days you want.
