Silo - Apple TV+

Episode 9 answers that question, but raises others. We do find out how many Silos there are.

Today's episode was the best of all of them. It answered a LOT of questions. Too bad they can't all be as good.

How about that season finale? Wowzers!

Giving some back-history on just WHY the silo's were created in the first place. I believe the Silo story is taking place around 350~ years in our future.

Wow, unexpected ending. Glad we know two more seasons on the way.

So, I'm way late on this. I just binged seasons 1 and 2 in the past 2 weeks. Really enjoyed it. I haven't read the books, but I think I'm going to before season three later this year. I saw that the first one is free on Amazon with Prime. So I went ahead and added to my Kindle. To address some of the comments in the thread I actually felt like the pacing was good and the acting was spot on. I felt like we got the right level of reveals from the "big story" while still pushing along the current story. The end was a shocker and for just a moment I thought I hit a button on the remote that changed the input to something else. Showing the GA guide book and the Pez dispenser that ultimately end up in the silo were a nice touch.

Creepy promotion for the new season on "Silo":

The juxtaposing present/future (or present/past) story lines are making this season the best of the three, IMO.

[meStevo]

Yeah, I often hate flashback storytelling but this is doing it very well.

Through three episodes I've been kinda disappointed so far. I have now read the books (since last season) so I know the mystery, but it feels like such a different show from before it is a little hard to digest. That said, I understand why they are leaning so far into the memory loss story line. You can't have your main character essentially gone from the whole season and only present the past. Some changes from the books so I'll be interested to see where they from here.

Peter Gabriel. Who would've thunk it?

Peter Gabriel. Who would've thunk it?

I have to go back and listen to the lyrics. It seemed prescient…

I love Peter Gabriel. "In Your Eyes" especially haunts me...
