You'll still need to put an antenna outside. All this product does is allow you to send the signal from the Sirius antenna over the same coax lines coming from your D* dish. I don't think this would work with the AT9 though I could be wrong.
 
Yes, you still need a Sirius antenna; I would recommend the following combo, and NOT getting the RS model. You can buy from whereever you find the best deal, but these are the best ideas I see. I also have seen no one mention AT9 compatibility.
