SL 3 LNB KA Band + FTA receiver in europe

First i have to thanks all,for helping!
With all these infos ,the ka band experience can start.

The inverto Ka Lnb covers only 19,7 to 20,2 ghz,so with
the SL3 we can increase the receive bandwith.

What can be received ,in the lower/or all ka-band?
I really don t know.

So the feedhunter or experienced user have to find
out first.
All we know is,that the big major satellites in europe use
/have KA band capaticity.
Astra 19,2E uses lower band for data/inet
broadcasts,also 23,5E is or was used as downlink for an African Tv
provider,but with 21,5Ghz ,it is out-of-range.
Scan the sky,because nothing is listed yet,except irish FTA on 9E.

North America - FCC database: Could anyone research what orbital slots have active KA licenses and have satellites stationed?

We could start on this side of the pond with spectrum analyzers and by blind scanning for DVB compliant services on active KA birds.
