In my area there is a new required dig box by Cisco. But when I try to run the setup on my slingbox. I can't seem to find the right IR code any thoughts. Thanks

You can look for a custom IR file on the support forum for slingbox to download and drop in the program folder. Or learn how to create your own custom file.
