So, what CBS game gets moved for week 17?

They should have all 3 games at the same time, to make it honest and better competition, so they will play till the end of the game.

Hopefully the Jets don't lose to Miami on purpose, if the Pats win their game just to screw us.

If the Jets and Cowboys lose this weekend both coaches are gone.

I can't see ANY scenario that would have Mangini/Favre losing to Pennington ON PURPOSE. If the Jets lose this game - regardless but in addition to the heat both will get for not making the playoffs, having Chad beating the Jets in order to take a 1-15 team from last year to the playoffs and having Brett NOT take the Jets to the dance could be Sayonara for Mr. Mangini and Mr. Favre.

Dolphins-Jets, Jags-Ravens and Cowboys-Eagles all moved to 4:15:

Chargers, Broncos will play for AFC West crown Sunday night

Associated Press

NEW YORK -- The Denver Broncos and San Diego Chargers will play for the AFC West title in prime time.
Next Sunday's game between the rivals in San Diego has been moved from 4:15 p.m. ET to 8:15 p.m. and will be televised by NBC as part of the NFL's flexible scheduling.
The Miami Dolphins-New York Jets and Jacksonville Jaguars-Baltimore Ravens games will move to 4:15 p.m. ET on CBS and the Dallas Cowboys-Philadelphia Eagles game will move to 4:15 p.m. ET on FOX, the NFL announced Monday.
The Broncos blew an early 13-point lead and lost to the Buffalo Bills 30-23 on Sunday in the second-coldest game in Denver's history. It set up an all-or-nothing game against the Chargers for the division title and a playoff berth after San Diego routed the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 41-24 earlier in the day.
The Broncos (8-7) led the Chargers (7-8) by three games with three to go but now face the possibility of having led the AFC West by themselves from opening weekend through Christmas and missing the playoffs.
Flex scheduling was instituted with the new television contract in 2005 to allow more attractive games to be switched to prime time in the last two months of the season.

Exactly! All this talk of the Jets losing "on purpose" is foolish.

Besides, the Jets still have a chance at a wildcard if Jacksonville upsets Baltimore. So they'll have something to play for regardless what New England does.

And it's not too often that a team struggling to stay above .500, playing a team struggling to get to .500, get the national spotlight for the last game of the regular season. Must be vacation time in San Diego for Al and John. :D

Wonder what the reasoning behind Philadelphia getting 4 games is?

KYW3 Oakland at Tampa Bay and Miami at NY Jets

WTXF29 NY Giants at Minnesota and Dallas at Philadelphia

John
Most areas are getting 4 games this week. Both networks have the DH and in alot of markets, the home team is waiving its "exclusive" clause for the week (in the local market if the team is at home, no game goes against it on the other network)

Too bad Minneapolis isnt following it (we only get one CBS game)...but I guess most of us will be watching the Vikes ;)

We only get three games in Pittsburgh this week. But everyone will probably watch the Steelers, so we don't need a 1:00 game on Fox.:D
