I have a D10-300 standard receiver and every 2 hours or so a message on my tv screen appears asking me if I am ready to download a software upgrade. When I indicate 'yes', it reboots the receiver rather than downloading anything. This has happened on other receivers in the house and it worked fine. Anyone have any ideas on what is going on? It's getting fairly annoying. Thanks
