I hope everyone downloads their patches before its too late. I tried a version I was given. The set I have, for recast 1.6, works fine. I cleaned TT off my laptop, and reinstalled 1.6 and used the patch. All you do is click on "Recast Patch Loader" instead of the regular TT icon. Works great. It still knows your Radio ID (and tags the songs with it), however when you check the registration number, it says "Your Registration Number is: ". Now thats funny.
I dont advocate using illegal software for the sake of getting away with it. But - since I paid for it, I have no qualms about using a patch for something I PAID for. AND since TT is out of business and abandoned their customers...I would STILL use it, as a valuable tool.
The patch itself is rather small. Its only 25KB.
