Why do you keep asking the same questions over and over?

I apologize for asking same questions over and over I’m in process of learning how Dish handles Vip receivers.

I’m assuming that customers that do not want to upgrade to Wally or Hopper/Joey system will be stuck with 211s if that’s the only receivers left lol. 211 receivers have been really good. New customers probably can sign up for Dish using VIP receivers except they have to be purchased lol.

I always want to learn how electronics and computers work; I’ve been like that since I was a little kid.
