Think about it this way - these two software labels were in beta at the same time. One has the new video player (the higher number) and the other is trying to add final stability changes for various things, BUT also has support to improve the cloud rollout. Eventually the old video player (smaller number) will not be supported and we'll all be on the new video player software.

These are two very separate production labels - and while it is rare for it to happen simultaneously like this that is all it is.
