Hi I have a question about the SonicView 360. I had DirecTV before, which I have cancelled. I was under the impression that if I used this box, I would be able to watch TV via the satellite.
My main question is: I plugged in the box, but it's not registering that I've plugged anything in. There is no signal.
I'm wondering if I'm doing something wrong, or if I need to add anything new. Any information you could provide me about how to install it from the ground up (software, satellite position, etc) I would greatly appreciate it.

What type and size dish are you using? You won't pick up anything on your DirecTV dish, FTA requires a larger dish and a different LNBF.
