Sparkles are getting worse

Has anyone else noticed that the "sparkles" issue that plagues the SD channels are getting far worse this week? CNNHN (403) is as bad as it has ever been. 402 (CNN), which has never had sparkles before, is now starting to sparkle. 408 (TWC) is sparkling badly as well, in addition to the others that haven't been fixed yet.

I really hope this problem gets some attention soon. It looked like things were improving a few weeks ago, but it's gotten pretty bad again. PQ issues are why I switched from cable. I'm not sure that sparkles are any better than a snowy, grainy picture from analog cable channels.
