Speed Tweaks

As I am listening to the final night of SatelliteGuys Radio I am reading a book on NGINX and doing some tuning of the server. It should be faster now, but still doing some tweaks.

In some of my tests I have gotten the load time down from 21.857s down to 8.343s. Just by changing some of the configuration files.
