Sporatic IR reponse

Hello All,

I was wondering if anyone has seen any IR issues with the H10 boxes. We have several customers with these boxes and are using either repeaters or Crestron processors to control. If we press up it may work the first time but on the next button press it will jump a couple of lines. The control is never consistent. Does it have something to do with the remote using a blue IR flasher and the repeater/control using red flashers? Control with a remote in front of the unit works fine. Any help or info would be appreciated.

I changed from Dish to D* a couple of months ago and have found the D* remote to be very frustrating. Sometimes nothing happens and sometimes it jumps twice. I started using a programmable remote and the same thing happens with it.
