SPOTBEAM SIGNALS TOO LOW

I am picking up syracuse locals at only 30% and im only 200 miles away, is there a way to make it stronger? (there are no locals in my area)

are we talking the SD channels or the HD? From checking the spotbeam maps (both SD on 110 and HD/SD on 61.5)they dont go very far into Canada so you might need a bigger dish if you want to have those locals
