Starz and Encore VOD Issue

Every time I download a hd movie from either of these I get a much lighter almost a cloudy pic. Any blacks will be much lighter once played back. Only on VOD not on channel itself. No issue with other premiums. Tried it on both HR44 and HR24.
It's watchable but clearly not right.
Anyone else?

Oh yes I have noticed this, it's especially noticeable on the 2.35:1 films the top/bottom bars are gray instead of black. It's definitely just Starz/Encore VOD haven't noticed it with the other premium networks VOD.
I think I've seen the same issue with playback of streaming movies from Starz/Encore Play on the Xbox 360 and now the Chromecast in addition.

Glad someone else is seeing the same.
I've had a few blurays from Redbox that did the same no matter which player or tv was used.....weird.
