Statement pricing

I have two DVR's and looking at my statement and it shows me paying $57.99 for Classic Silver 200 with DVR and also has $10 for DuoDVR reciever. Seems like they put me in DVR advantage where I was only charged for one DVR. Is this correct?

DVR advantage only covers one dvr fee.
