Store exchange

I wish I could have the option to just exchange movies in my local store and not have the mail service. I can get the movies I want there. I usually just get the movie I just returned to the store from the mail service. I can take them off my list any it makes no difference. Just a thought.

I don't have this problem. The remaining queue entries that I pick up by an exchange at the store are automatically removed from my queue. Perhaps there is an account setting you haven't set...

You need to go into your account settings and check off where it says to delete from queue any movies received from the store.

I will end the service after my 1/2 off promo ends. Redbox is so much easier for me.
