It seems a shame we can't "do" anything with these strong data tps we always see when blind scanning. I just scanned Galaxy 17 and can, of course, only lock the two ABC feed channels. But there are about 5 strong data tps. Are there tools that would let you receive these or are they all encrypted?
 
Some are encrypted, some aren't. Internet transponders generally aren't encrypted, except whatever encryption may be in use on an individual user's connection. Video, who knows? There's a thread at Rick's board about decoding IP video broadcasts. Sometimes they're not encrypted, just encoded in a nonstandard format that can be sorted out with software.
