Sub Channel Guide Data

Yes, the DC info has never wavered.

Yep, that's right. I still see "Digital Service" for all my OTA channels, since I don't pay for them via satellite. I'd pay $1-$2 per month for just the guide data so I could record OTA via the EPG and not have to manually set timers. But I'd want ALL the channels, and their subchannels. Not gonna happen.

There is a simple problem that still exits for the Baltimore Market channels.

Maryland Public Television has 6 transmitters to cover the state. Annapolis, Baltimore, Frederick, Hagerstown, Oakland (Skinny Pan Handle part), and Salisbury (By the Ocean). They go like this:

Channel 67 - WMPB (Baltimore/Owings Mills)
Channel 22 - WMPT (Annapolis/Crownsville)
Channel 62 - WFPT (Montgomery/Frederick Counties)
Channel 31 - WWPB (Hagerstown)
Channel 28 - WCPB (Salisbury)
Channel 36 - WGPT (Oakland)

Now WMPT is their flagship station, but they all transmit exactly the same programming. Via OTA I can receive three of them (Annapolis, Frederick, and Baltimore). But the EPG info only appears for 22.x. Not 62.x or 67.x channels.

I'm sure that Dish can solve this easily. Hopefully they will read this post. I"m sure there must be other PBS affiliates out there doing the same thing.
