Super Joey Problem

I don't think so. It might link with the Hopper but the 2 Super Joey tuners won't be there. The Super Joey wiring is very different than a regular Joey. In fact, putting a Super Joey on a regular Joey wire will put voltage on the client port which might damage the node.
