Suspect offer from AT&T

I got a letter from AT&T today offering Sunday Ticket for the year for $99.96. The odd thing is that nowhere in the letter does it say it's for Sunday Ticket. It says it's for "DIRECTV'S most popular football package". Anyone else get this offer?

Does ATT (U verse I presume) have the Sunday Ticket ?
U Verse has NFL Network, Red Zone and ESPN's Watch package of channels.

Did this say anything about D* ?

It doesn't say exactly what it's for. It does say it's "valued at over $350".

I'm not all that interested in paying for it, I'm just curious if anyone else has gotten a similar letter.
