suspect someone using FTA illegally

just wondering if the illegal side of FTA is possible again. I know N3 knocked it out for a while. I am curious because I suspect someone that I don't like may be using this hobby for illegal purposes. What are the chances of getting them busted anonynously?

There is no hack talk in this forum. So people here don't know or care about such stuff. While the object of your scorn well may be stealing TV, is it really worth it to get involved? Most TV thieves end up spending more money trying to steal TV than if they paid for it.
