Because of Wilt Hildenbrand's quick help in contacting Joe Harkins from
Installs, Inc. I no longer have any rain fade issues after an
install of a new 30" dish. Its currently pouring down rain in south
central TN where I live and I have a signal stength of 93 with no
interruption of service. This was not the case with the original
18" dish on the first install. Drizzle knocked out my signal for hours at at time. I believe those days are now in the past. I can't begin to tell you how impressed I am with Voom's customer service and trying to make everything "right"!
