The best place in the Forum for installation DIY help, cables etc???

Im in the process of expanding my Dish Network system into other rooms in my home. I'm running all my own cables to those rooms. I could use some help as to running cables through existing walls, tools, techniques, etc. I already have the high quality RG-6 run from my satellite to my lone main TV/DVR.

Im specifically curious as to the use of fish tape vs. fiberglass fish rods. Where and when to use or not use them, how to use them properly and safely, pros and cons, etc.

Where in this forum is the best place to pose installation and related questions?

I'll be honest, I have never been a big fan of fishtape. Some techs swear by them. Uh-uh...not me. Bigger fan of the fibreglass fish rods (different sizes for different uses...love 'em!!) and flexbits. The latter being my prefered method for interior wallfishing a line from the basement to the main floor.
