This things a headache lol I need a signal finder tells me when I am locked on.

Won't they have to rescan after rotating the lnbf 180 degrees, because the polarities will be reversed from what the receiver originally logged them in at?

Rotating a LNBF 180 degrees will result in the vertical polarity being vertical and horizontal polarity being horizontal. No rescan necessary.

Well to solve my problem I am going to place my dish higher on the mountain and see if it helps/..
