For DVI output and EPG, I didn't notice that there had been an upgrade. But when I read about 265 here, I immediately checked the S-Video and composite video outs, which I route to the Tivo. PQ is noticeably improved.
Previously, it was so dark and so over-driven with color, that it was unwatchable. Now, the brighness is OK and the exagerated colors are much less. It is a watchable picture, although for extended viewing, I'd go into the user menu of my Samsung and turn the color down a little.
